The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

Did You Know…?

EZEE FIBER

Ezee Fiber, an independent provider, is currently working within the Sienna community. Per law, workers have access to, and the right to place equipment in utility easements. For concerns or issues related to work, residents should contact Ezee Fiber at: 346-644-3788 or by email at Construction@ezeefiber.com. As with any utility-based work, the Association is not responsible for or involved in this work.

TRASH SERVICES

Effective January 1, trash services for Sienna owners who were part of MUD 2 are now provided by GFL (as contractor for the City of Missouri City).  This change only impacts former MUD 2 residents (all others remain with Best Trash). Official notice to those impacted by this change was communicated in the December SiEnviro statements. Click HERE for info sent by the City of Missouri City. For questions, contact GFL at 281-403-5800 or Best Trash at 281-313-2378.

We’re excited to announce a more efficient way to keep Sienna looking its best! Beginning February 1, the Association will transition from the “Report It” app to the new Sienna Luke platform for all maintenance requests and deed restriction issues. The new app streamlines work orders and task management, ensuring repairs and inspections are handled even more effectively. Get started by downloading the free app here:

Annual Assessments Are Now Due

The Associations’ annual assessment is now due. If you have not received your assessment statement, please contact the Association Office at 281/778-0778 or email assessments@clubsienna.com to request a statement. The assessment for 2026 is $1580, with additional assessments for gated neighborhoods or special service areas. Assessments were due January 1, 2026, and are considered delinquent after January 31, 2026. Please note that payments are posted to your account by date received, not date mailed. Be sure to pay your assessments on time to avoid late fees and interest charges. If you anticipate difficulty in paying your assessment or you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the Finance department at Assessments@clubsienna.com. Paying online is the quickest and most efficient way to make payment(s); bank fees apply. If you have further questions or concerns, please email Assessments@clubsienna.com.

Courtesy Notifications Going Digital

Beginning January, the Community Standards department will begin sending courtesy notifications via email rather than through physical mail. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce costs and operate more efficiently — while also honoring feedback from residents who have shared a strong preference for electronic communication. To ensure you receive these notifications without delay, we encourage all residents to log into their Smartwebs resident portal and verify that your current email address is on file. Keeping your contact information up to date helps us stay connected and deliver important community information in the most timely and convenient way.  If no email is listed in your Smartwebs profile, you will continue to receive courtesy notifications by mail.  We appreciate your support as we move toward a more sustainable and streamlined communication process. If you have any questions or need help accessing the Smartwebs portal, please contact the Association office for assistance.
