The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.  

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.  


The Association office and Sawmill Lake Club will be closed on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. 

Regular office hours will resume on May 27, at 8 a.m. Brushy Lake Fitness Center and Sawmill Fitness Center will also be closed on Monday, May 26.

Sienna Parkway Repairs starting 6/2/25

Per LJA, repair work on Sienna Parkway—required by Fort Bend County—will begin Monday, June 2. The road will be closed from the south intersection at Scanlan Trace to just north of the Mount Logan Roundabout. This single-phase project, approved by the Fort Bend County Commissioners Office, will address both northbound and southbound approaches to the Mount Logan Roundabout. No multiple detours are planned, minimizing confusion, and work is expected to be completed before the school year begins, pending any unforeseen delays. Click HERE for the map .

Fox Bend, Logan Pass, Rosewood, Sienna Oaks, The Vines, the Townhomes, Anderson Springs, Shipman’s Landing and Waters Lake.  The Association encourages all residents to take a few minutes and look over their property for any potential Deed Restriction issue that may result in a violation.

Are you receiving the sienna e-news?

On a regular basis the Association sends out information on community events, Association business items, and important updates related to facilities and amenities as part of the Sienna E-News or E-Blast distributions. To receive these notifications, residents must register their email address within the resident portal. Haven’t set up your portal yet? That is easy to do – just visit the Siennanet website (www.siennanet.com) and click on Resident Portal on the menu bar.

Pools are Opening – Are You Ready?

Pools open for the regular pool season at the end of May – in time for the Memorial Day weekend holiday! But will you be ready? Residents must have an Amenity Access Credential or a Sienna resident ID to access the community pools, Fitness Centers and Racquet Courts as well. The Sienna Amenity Access Credential is housed on your phone within the Sienna app and serves as your Sienna ID, meaning you will no longer have to use a physical card to access the facilities. The Sienna app is free and available for download through your App store. If you’ve lost your existing Sienna ID card, it will be replaced with a new Amenity Access credential (minimal fee is required, as it would be for a replacement card). Association Departments

Key functions of the Administration Department include execution of Focus Areas, Financial and Management Oversight, Governance and Board Relations, Community Funds and FBCSO Contract Management.

The Community Relations department is responsible for enhancing “life” in Sienna utilizing the 3 C’s; Communication, Customer Service and Community-wide events. 

One of the main functions of the Association’s Community Standards team is to ensure that all residential and commercial units are in compliance with the governing documents and deed restriction guidelines.  

Assessment payments are made via First Citizens Bank and accepts e-check and credit card payments. Assessments are due on or before Jan. 31st. If you have inquiries please email assessments@clubsienna.com.
