The Association office will be closed on Monday, September 1, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Regular office hours resume Tuesday, September 2, at 8 a.m.

The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

Parkway Place Homeowners, Please Read!

With the development of the neighborhood at or near completion, we can proceed with the formation of the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) for Parkway Place. As an advisory committee, the purpose of the NAC is to communicate with the Association staff and Board about services specific to your neighborhood, which are paid for through the Parkway Place assessment. There will be no more than 3 owners on the NAC. Linked is the committee charter, as well as an application, so if you are interested in serving on this committee, click here to apply please complete and return your application to  danai@clubsienna.com no later than Friday, August 15, 2025. If there are more than 3 qualified applicants, the owners within Parkway Place will be asked to vote on 3. The SCA Board will formally appoint the NAC at their meeting on August 7, 2025. Once that process is complete, then Staff will organize the first meeting for the committee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 11. Watch for detailed information in the September newsletter, online on Siennanet and via the Sienna E-News.
