The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.
Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.
The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.
The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

New Resident portal – don’t forget to register!
The Associations launched a new resident portal through Smartwebs – accessible via Siennanet in early December (TownSq is no longer accurate). Information on this change was included with residents’ assessment statements as well as communicated via the Sienna E-News. This new portal provides residents with the ability to view their property account in “real time.” Whether it be related to assessments, modifications, or deed restrictions, residents will find detailed information on their account. This is the only tool on Siennanet that requires a password. Not sure how to register? Visit Siennanet.com/Resident Portal and view the “Resident Portal Guide.” This guide provides step-by-step instructions on signing up for your new portal. Sign up today!
DEED RESTRICTION DRIVES
March: Creekside, Deer Valley, Edgebrook, Heritage Park, Lakeside Estates, Mill Crossing, River Run. April: Orchard, Plaza and Summer Lakes, Steep Bank West. In addition to this schedule, Community Standards Coordinators frequently visit the Villages for various tasks, such as Certificate of Compliance inspections and addressing complaints. During these visits, they also document any violations they come across.
WILL YOU HELP US?
As part of the 2025 Business Plan, the Association will be seeking resident feedback on various topics of interest and issues related to the Association and “life” in Sienna. Staff will be working with a third-party organization, FlashVote, to develop a resident panel that will assist in this endeavor through a series of surveys. Watch for more news via the Sienna E-News and upcoming newsletters.
