The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.
Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.
The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.
The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

OCTOBER: Mountains, Stillwater Cove, Parkway Place, The Parish, Avalon, Bees Creek and Steep Bank East. NOVEMBER: Creekside, Deer Valley, Edgebrook, Heritage Park, Lakeside Estates, Mill Crossing and River Run.
2026 village rep elections
Nominations Now Open for Associations’ Village Rep Positions. Any Owner of a lot may nominate themself or any other qualified homeowner (account must be in good standing). VR Nomination Forms are available online at Siennanet by September 2; completed forms must be received at the Association Office (9600 Scanlan Trace), by mail, delivery, or by email no later than Tuesday, September 23, at 5 p.m. to the attention of Dana Ippoliti, danai@clubsienna.com. Nomination forms will not be accepted after 5 p.m., Tuesday, September 23. Nomination forms for Village Representatives is available online. This year’s election period for Village Reps opens Monday, October 6 and concludes on Wednesday, November 4. The election will take place online via Siennanet and newly elected VRs will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
2026 Assessment Statements
Assessment statements will be mailed mid-November and should arrive by December 1. Owners signed up for e-delivery will receive statements by email only—please check your inbox and spam folder. Payments are due January 1, 2026. To avoid late fees and interest, be sure to pay on time. Payments can be made online via Siennanet (credit card or e-check, fees apply). If you do not receive your statement, or need assistance with payment options or a payment plan, please contact the Association Office at 281-778-0778 or email saraht@clubsienna.com or assessments@clubsienna.com.

Association Departments
Key functions of the Administration Department include execution of Focus Areas, Financial and Management Oversight, Governance and Board Relations, Community Funds and FBCSO Contract Management.
The Community Relations department is responsible for enhancing “life” in Sienna utilizing the 3 C’s; Communication, Customer Service and Community-wide events.
One of the main functions of the Association’s Community Standards team is to ensure that all residential and commercial units are in compliance with the governing documents and deed restriction guidelines.
Assessment payments are made via First Citizens Bank and accepts e-check and credit card payments. Assessments are due on or before Jan. 31st. If you have inquiries please email assessments@clubsienna.com.
